Trailblazing Compliance: AI-Driven Classification for Enhanced Information Management
Project Description
Trailblazing Compliance: AI-Driven Classification for Enhanced Information Management, our AI classification project by the Dunedin City Council represents a significant advancement in using AI Large Language Models (LLMs) for document categorisation and information management. The primary objective was to enhance the retrieval and organisation of BWOF records, improving user experience and compliance. Our project successfully deployed sophisticated AI models to classify documents with high accuracy, demonstrating AI's transformative potential in modern information management. This initiative not only streamlined the creation and organisation of license folders but also set a new benchmark in government records management. The result was faster access to information, increased trust in data completeness, and reduced administrative workload, highlighting the council's commitment to innovation and excellence. The project serves as a model for future AI-driven information management initiatives.
