Elle Archer (Ngāti Tamaterā, Ngāti Raukawa, Ngāti Porou) is an award-winning strategist, systems thinker, and Chair of Te Hapori Matihiko (Māori in DigiTech). She sits across multiple governance tables including AgriTechNZ, Network for Learning (N4L), and Tū Ātea, and is the architect of Kaunuku - Aotearoa’s Localised Digital Inclusion Framework. With nearly three decades in cross-sector leadership, Elle’s work weaves futures thinking, equity, and innovation into practical pathways for people and place to thrive.
