Andrew is a Senior Consultant at Delos Delta, and Manager of its Canberra operation. Delos Delta is Australia’s leading smart city/region consultancy, having worked on over a hundred such projects across every state and territory of Australia. As the Canberra team leader, Andrew is responsible for smart city/region projects in the Capital, as well as New South Wales and Queensland. He has completed scores of projects focussed on digital technology, data, and innovation, from the strategic through to implementation, and post-hoc impact evaluation. Andrew has led and contributed to award winning smart city/region projects, including for the City of Greater Geelong (International Smart City of the Year 2022), and ACT Government in Canberra (Ranked #3 Smart City in the World on the Smart City Index). Andrew is a graduate of the Australian National University in Law (Honours) and Arts (Economics, Philosophy, Political Science). He is a previous research fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a Hawker Scholar (2014-2016), and Bruadarach Medallist (2016).
