Sandy Eaton started her first business at the age of 21 (with a 3 month baby) in Papakura, Auckland – a second hand shop, which depended on the relationships with both the sellers and the purchasers of objects. She has had an eclectic career including being a part-owner of an Agricultural Machinery business in Whangarei, running a Property Management Department for a Real Estate company and more recently the 14 years she’s spent in recruitment. Every career choice has been people-centric and customer facing. Sandy joined Beyond recruitment in a management role, seven years ago. She leads a leadership team of six and a wider team of 14 for Beyond Recruitment.

Ryan manages a team of recruitment consultants who specialise in the Government & Policy area. His experience prior to joining Beyond included Team Leader Service Centre at Wellington City Council for nearly 6 years. He led a team of 6 front facing staff at the service centre. Ryan has indepth knowledge of how local government operates and the importance of giving your frontline staff full support, both in recruitment and local government.
