Jodi Stevens is the Customer Service Systems Support & Trainer at the Western Bay of Plenty District Council. At age 22, she was the Product Owner for Datascape CRM when Western Bay implemented the new system in 2022. She has continued to improve the use of Datascape CRM within the organisation by tailoring workflows and the user interface to improve accessibility for users. Prior to working on the CRM Datascape Project Jodi was part of the project team that upgraded the Council telephony system to Genesis Pure Cloud. Jodi's work on these projects has seen her be recognised with the Mana Tangata - Top Performer Award at the 2023 Western Bay of Plenty District Council Staff Awards. The Award recognises someone who is an expert in their field.
