Abstract
ALGIM and Effectus Ltd are introducing an ERP Consortium to support and align multiple councils at similar stages of the ERP journey, to share resources, methodology, process and reduce the external costs to councils.

Biography
Marion is the CIO at Western Bay of Plenty District Council. She is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of Information Technology, Business Solutions, Web and Digital Services, GIS and Information Management at Council.
Marion is an executive member of the ALGIM board and holds the role of co-president. She is currently working on the ALGIM ERP Consortium project.
Marion is passionate about delivering local government digital solutions to both staff and the district’s citizens. When she is not working, she loves to travel.

Biography
Allan is current CIO for Hamilton City Council and Deputy President of ALGIM, as well at a strategic advisory for the Auckland university Strategic CIO. He has previously been CDO at Tauranga City Council and Mercury Energy.
