2024 Emergency Management Summit @ NZEUC
Sunday 22nd – Monday 23rd September Join us for a pre-conference Emergency Management Summit that will be held over 2 half day sessions (Sunday afternoon and Monday morning) preceding the NZEUC. You may choose to attend one or both sessions depending on your interest, role and organisation. GIS: Connecting our Sector An upwards trend in the frequency and severity of climate-related events is a reality now, and into the future.
Join us to understand how GIS is providing a technical advantage across emergency management. From mitigating the impact of tomorrows hazards, preparing for an optimal response in readiness, enabling a common overlay and platform for responses, and tracking recovery efforts, this event will allow you to connect with peers who are helping to create a safer and more resilient New Zealand and the South Pacific.
