Data Consent
By registering, you are consenting to the collection and processing of your personal data. We require your personal details to facilitate your participation in the Conference and associated events. Your data may be shared with third parties such as conference venue, caterers, design and print company, event management company. GOVIS will retain your personal data for the purpose of advising you of future events.

Payment 
Payment can be made by credit card, or you can select to pay by invoice. A 3% surcharge is applicable on all credit/debit transactions. 

All prices are in NZD and include 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Shared Registration: Full in person registration can be shared by two people from the same organisation.

Group Registration: If you are registering 3 or more delegates from the same organisation at the same time a discount of 10% will be applied. If you are registering 5+ delegates from the same organisation at the same time a discount of 20% will be applied. The group discount applies to full conference registration only.

Booking on behalf of someone else: If you are completing registration on behalf of someone, tick the box below 'This booking is on behalf of someone else'. Enter your details as the group main contact. You will then be asked to enter the details of the people attending.

You can pay now by credit/debit card or pay by invoice. Purchase order numbers can be entered by selecting the 'Pay by invoice & enter a purchase order' option.

Credit/Debit Card Payment: We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Credit/Debit Card payments are processed via our secure gateway Stripe. Click here for Stripe’s Privacy Policy. A 3% surcharge is applicable on all credit/debit transactions. Your payment will appear on your statement as a transaction with 'Twelve Conferences + Events'.
