By registering, you are consenting to the collection and processing of your personal data. We require your personal details to facilitate your participation in the Conference and associated events. Your data may be shared with third parties such as our caterers, design and print company, event management company. GOVIS will retain your personal data for the purpose of advising you of future events.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or you can select to pay by invoice. A 3% surcharge is applicable on all credit/debit transactions. All prices are in NZD and include 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Credit/Debit Card Payment: We accept payment online by Visa or MasterCard. Credit/Debit Card payments are processed via our secure gateway Stripe. Click here for Stripe’s Privacy Policy. A 3% surcharge is applicable on all credit/debit transactions. Your payment will appear on your statement as a transaction with 'Twelve Conferences + Events'.
