Innovation in IPC leadership

Abstract

In the fast-paced world of infection prevention and control, leadership and influence can be exciting and a challenge. Reflection on how we interact with our professional world is key to ensure we are engaging with all those around us. Our focus and passion around healthcare associated infection, surveillance, response, patient placement, management, education, outbreak, policy and governance can sometimes overshadow our attention to our language and communication, our engagement and importantly our job satisfaction.
What does the perfect team look like!
