Sarah Peña has a passion for innovation, collaboration and public service, leading a dynamic team driving digital reimagination. With over 25 years’ experience across private and public sectors, Sarah is a recognised expert in leveraging technology to address complex challenges, delivering innovative solutions with social purpose, combining the best of technology and people expertise to create harmony where the genius of all can shine - to enable us, connect us and do good.
She’s a fan of scaling genius leadership; leaders who know innovation means bringing people to co-create with them, mastering three key roles - architect, bridger, and catalyst - or the ABCs of innovation. Her multi award-winning work is being used worldwide, across sectors, demonstrating people and technology can work synergistically but why the biggest value is exemplified by the human element.
