Biography
Jen leads Digital Change Management at Christchurch City Council, with a team of Change Leads and Analysts dedicated to helping people adopt new ways of working. Having enjoyed a diverse career across many sectors, Jen believes this experience gives her empathy for how people respond to change and the ability to guide customers towards practical solutions. As a Change practitioner, she is passionate about bringing people together, breaking down barriers and encouraging dialogue around “what if…?”.
In her work for Christchurch City Council, Jen has developed the Council’s Change Management Framework for digital projects and is well known as an advocate for change management best practice across the organisation. Having had a long-term relationship with ALGIM, Jen is delighted to lead this panel on a topic close to her heart – how to bring everyone into the change brigade!
