From Audit to Action - IM Maturity Assessments and Tools that Work
Abstract
Turn an Information Management Maturity Assessment into a roadmap of projects that delivers workable IM strategy and quick wins in your Council. Prioritise low-effort/high-impact projects aligned to your council’s LTP and outcomes so IM work visibly supports service delivery, risk reduction and cost control. Use Archives New Zealand’s IMMA plus international best practice to build focused business cases, secure stakeholder buy-in and bundle projects into funded packages. I will use local authority case studies to show how you can add information value and scale for success.
