What it means to thrive in an age of rapid systems change
Abstract
In a world shaped by accelerating technological, environmental, and societal disruption, thriving requires more than adaptability, it calls for systems fluency. This kōrero explores what it means to be future-ready: to lead with clarity, compassion, and creativity through continuous transformation. Drawing on real-world examples from across Aotearoa’s tech, governance, and community ecosystems, Elle will provoke thought on how we can move from resilience to regeneration - cultivating people and organisations who don’t just survive change, but shape it.
