Biography
Claire is an expert trainer, coach, and facilitator at Write Group. Claire has worked in marketing, communications, and organisational development for several organisations, including the Auckland Chamber of Commerce, and earned her MBA from AUT.
Claire has seen plain language transform organisational culture in business, healthcare, and education. She has coached businesses on using plain language to say what they mean, do what they say, and build trust in their brands. She speaks Mandarin, and does pro bono work with start-ups, social enterprises, and not-for-profits.
